Fruit and berry pieces and crumbs are intended for use in confectionery production (for souffle, pastries, for layering and decorating cakes, pies, and cupcakes). They give natural fruit and berry flavor and aroma to the product. They are made of dried berries and fruits without the use of chemical additives. Easy to distribute in the product, due to low humidity (less than 10%) there is no migration of moisture into the dough. Crumbs can be added manually and mechanically. They retain a high taste and natural flavor during storage. The inclusion of berry and fruit crumbs in the recipe will give your products an additional natural flavor and add individuality to your products.
